Entry-Level B2B Sales Outreach Rep in Eagan, MN (Growth Role)

Valence Supply is growing fast, and we’re looking for energetic, motivated people to join our team as Sales Outreach Reps in Eagan, MN.

This is not a typical sales or account management role. It’s an entry-level position focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead generation—connecting with contractors and businesses that use industrial coatings and helping them discover how we can support their success.If you're hungry to grow your skills, love talking to people, and want to build a long-term career in B2B sales, this is where to start. What You’ll Do:

Research and identify potential new customers in our target markets

Reach out by phone, email, and social media to introduce Valence Supply’s products and training

Follow up on warm leads and build early-stage relationships

Keep organized records of your outreach in our CRM

Collaborate closely with senior sales reps to set up next steps and move leads through the pipeline

You won’t manage existing accounts

You won’t be stuck making mindless cold calls—this is focused, high-quality outreach with room to grow

We’re Looking For:

Great communicators who enjoy talking to people

Self-starters who are motivated to meet goals and learn fast

Organized, tech-friendly, and coachable

No formal sales experience required—customer service or phone-based work is a plus

Bonus points if you’re familiar with construction, coatings, or related industries
