Coval Ultimate Top-Coat is a thin-film, single-component coating that protects primed surfaces and decorative coatings from surface wear and harsh chemicals. It creates a covalent bond with the coating substrate and is easily and quickly applied with an acetone pump sprayer. UTC is used over epoxy, terrazzo, polished, stained, or sealed concrete floors and counters.

Ultimate Top Coat reduces maintenance and is easy to clean, eliminating the need for guards, strippers, waxes, and harsh chemicals.

Epoxy: Our spray-down application allows for more efficient installations over epoxy, providing superior abrasion and chemical resistance over urethanes and polyaspartics without needing backrolling.

Polished Concrete: Coval UTC is non-scarifical, providing a lasting barrier against stains and etching that do not require harsh chemicals to clean up.

Terrazzo: Eliminate maintenance time and materials costs with Coval UTC. The high gloss shine will last for years in high-traffic areas without buffing.

Stained: Combining acetone dyes and Coval Primer with our top coat creates a fast, versatile, 1-day decorative concrete system that produces stunning results.

Coverage Rate: 250-350 sq. ft./gal - Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate, as well as the applicator’s method of application.
