Hi-Tech Densifier 5 gallon

ConDense HS is a blended silicate high solids densifier designed for use concrete polishing. It provides maximum hardening using a fast-drying reactive formula that will improve the final appearance of the polished surface. When applied during the polishing process ConDense HS provides a significantly harder surface allow abrasive tools to become more effective and to achieve a superior polish. When applied properly it creates an extremely hard surface that is dense while still remaining breathable. ConDense HS is easy to apply and will not skin, film or discolor. 

Material Coverage

Coverage rate will very based on concrete porosity and environmental conditions, but typical installations will yield 400-600 sqft per gallon.
