Application Overview

  • Ensure surface is clean, dry, and properly prepared
  • Mix equal parts A and B thoroughly

Preparation

New concrete must cure for a minimum of 28 days prior to application. Remove all paint, coatings, adhesives, oil, dust, and debris. Surface should be clean and mechanically profiled.

For larger spalls, cut a vertical edge at least 1/4 inch deep around the repair area to improve adhesion.

Mixing

  • Do not mix more than 2 quarts at a time
  • Pot life is approximately 5 minutes
  • Larger volumes will cure faster

  • 1/8 inch x 1 inch crack = 154 linear feet per gallon
  • 1/4 inch x 1 inch crack = 77 linear feet per gallon
  • 1/2 inch x 1 inch crack = 39 linear feet per gallon

Storage

Store tightly sealed for up to 12 months in a dry environment between 55°F and 85°F. Keep out of direct sunlight.
